506 Rmeil: Residential Tower

A 12-story mixed use tower in central Beirut. The building’s two-story glazed base provides the retail space with a dedicated façade and an entry off of the main street, while a separate dedicated covered entrance and lobby is provided for the upper floor residential and commercial tenants.

The building floor plan’s flexibility and modularity allows for several uses at the upper floors, including clinic spaces, office spaces and residential condominiums.
